 | Bigfoot is an apelike creature reportedly sighted hundreds of times in the U.S. (most often in the Pacific Northwest) and around the world since the mid-19th century. The creature is variously described as standing 7-10 ft (2-3 m) tall and weighing over 500 lb (227 kg), with footprints 17 in. (43 cm) long. And it's been spotted in
Madison Kentucky.
Sightings of the Bigfoot can be dated all the way back to 1910-1920, when George Coghill and Walter Lemons heard the cry and Mr.
Stroup got a glimpse of the horrific creature.
Around 1987 there was another sighting by Dr. McMahan heard it's cries near Poplar Ridge, (near where I live). John Pardo also claims to have heard it around that same time.
Sightings of this creature in this area date back almost 100 years, which suggests
that these creatures have long lifespan, or that maybe Trimble county is a breeding ground for the Yeti. I have hear in the last several years several claims to having seen
similar creatures to the one pictured left, and also their foot prints in the mud. If there isn't a bigfoot roaming somewhere out in the wilderness of Madison Kentucky there must be something. |
